Khloe Kardashian: ‘I Don’t Have Infertility Issues, My Hormones Are Just Being Wacky!’

This one is between us, girls.  While doing research for my documentary, The CYCLE, I came across a curious article on perezhilton.com that spoke to me on so many different levels! Here’s what it said:

Khloe Kardashian has been trying to have a baybay since she married her hubby, Lamar Odom back in 2009, but after time passed, she realized that getting preggers wasn’t gonna be easy… however, she wants everyone to know that she’s NOT infertile!

First off, Khloe, you look great. Second, well, yes. There are so many ways to cloak the subject in mystery, unpredictability and say, light absent- mindedness… The schedule does not permit to prioritize the treatment.  There is no pressing need. You’re only 28, there’s a lot of time. Any way to artfully suggest a probable direction is better then admitting that Khloe suffers from the iMonster (infertility). Unfortunately, it’s not a speculation. The classic definition is in the summary above.

In the June issue of REDBOOK, Khloe Kardashian shared:

It’s more about my hormones being off. I was taking hormone shots to stabilize them, and you have to take those shots consistently and they have to be done by a doctor—you can do them yourself, but I couldn’t. And then after your cycle, you have to go to the doctor for ultrasounds and more testing. And if I’m in Miami and miss a treatment, I have to start all over again. It’s a commitment and I don’t mind doing it, but the timing was just off.”

But Khloe, you’re missing out on being a real hero for millions of women! We understand it’s scary and hurtful to try-and-fail when all around it seems the world is a-bloom with happy preggars. We know exactly how you feel. It happens. Often. To one in every 6 couples of childbearing age in the US…

A simple blirb like this one- It’s just hormones, but, Wink, we understand, stay strong, Khloe… can take the wind out of recouperating souls laboring to once again feel good about themselves. It takes a lot of courage and many willing hands to break a taboo. And when you find it in your heart to land a helping hand, we will be here, grateful for your support.

Peace and love. Irina and The CYCLE team.
